Automation programs that provides robot and process equipment to work in harmony are done by Multi Tasking program of ABB and/or  external PLC. Depending on the customer demand, as machine-operator interface  robot pendant or Siemens OP are integrated to the system which provides proper working and maintaining. Right after the necessary main automation logic is established movement program for each robot is built and parameter adjustment is settled. All robot movements can be worked as off-line which can easily be loaded to the robots.
